The book is intended for diabetics, their relatives and healthcare workers in contact with them, in a plain language. We can read the stories of 12 diabetics in the book. About how they experience their illness, what tensions come with living a different and full life in a "healthy" environment. The great merit of the book, which distinguishes it from books published on similar topics, is that the experts also comment and react to the specific stories and complaints expressed in each case, as in a dialogue. We intend to clarify misunderstandings and suggest possible solutions.
